The interesting part is not AI as another feature. It is what changes when AI becomes part of the environment in which we work, create, learn and live.
Start with the problem, not the application.
A request for a new case system may really be a request to help someone find a missing shipment. Architecture starts by separating the desired outcome from the solution category we already know.
That changes the role of applications, interfaces and automation. Existing systems can become capabilities inside a broader experience instead of destinations the user has to understand and operate.
I use prototypes to make those questions tangible, learn early and create a better handoff to the specialists who industrialize the result.
